- JOG IN PLACE (1min.)
- JUMPING JACKS (15 total)
- WALL SIT (20 sec.)
- LINE JUMPS (30 sec.)
- MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (30 sec.)
- PUSH-UPS (Kdg-2nd, complete 5 ) (3rd-5th, complete 12)
- HIGH KNEES (30 sec.)
- SIT-UPS (Kdg-2nd, complete 10 ) (3rd-5th, complete 20)
- If possible, take a video or pictures and post them on twitter tagging @MPSRockwell or e-mail to Mr. Tevis!
Modifications:
- line jumps - no line, use a towel or shirt
- push-ups and sit-ups - do as many as you can, number listed is just a suggestion
