Objective: Students will demonstrate the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of exercise and fitness.

Objective: Students will demonstrate the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of exercise and fitness.
Activity:
- Search your house/outside for 10 different obstacles that you will be using to create your warrior course (ex. run up stairs, crawl under bed, etc.)
- Begin to create the course using all of the obstacles
- Keep safety in mind while creating the course
- Once the course is complete do your first trial run and make any necessary modifications
- Try to beat your time and compete with others to see who can complete the course the quickest
- If possible, take a video or pictures of the course and post them on twitter tagging @MPSRockwell or e-mail to Mr. Tevis!
Modifications:
- Could complete this activity individually or with a group
- Add more obstacles
